"Travelled to Blackpool in connection with work and was
booked in to a hotel out of town for 4 nights which defied belief (only could bear 1 night and that was one
too many). While in town i passed the Crewes Original and was taken aback by its spotless appearance. Upon
entering i was greeted by a very helpful receptionist Rebecca and the owner Debbie who kindly showed me one
of the rooms. The contrast in the room i was staying in at the other hotel and the standard of the rooms at
Crewes Original was ubelievable. The bedroom was exceptionally clean, as was the shower and the furniture
and fitments was also of an high standard. Breakfast was served quite promtly and was piping hot and
represented excellent value for money. Sitting in the bar at night it quickly became clear that this hotel
was different to the usual rubbish available. Here was a place that you could relax in and be treated as a
valued customer and this was evident in that the owner Debbie spoke to all the guests as though she had
known them all her life and obviously views customer service as a priority. If i was going to Blackpool
this would always be my first choice.. Keep up the good work by setting the standards for others to
follow.
